Five Stars® Red fresh yeast is among the best fresh yeasts available on the Asian market. It gathers all the quality parameters to satisfy the highest performance requirements.
Five Stars® Red is recommended to produce any recipe with low sugar content and low fat. It is perfectly compatible with traditional and European style bread making processes, long processes, the use of volumetric dividers, controlled proofing methods as well as part baked and frozen dough processes.
It contains between 30% to 33% of dry matter.
Easily crumbled, it can easily be scaled and mixed during mixing cycle.

To keep its quality performance, Five Stars® Red fresh yeast needs to be stored in cool conditions between +1oC to +10oC and in clean environment.
Up to 5 weeks from the production date in closed original packaging if stored in dry conditions with good air circulation at +1oC to +10oC.
